What did everyone think of the season finale?
I thought it was good and interesting. I liked how Carter's exit wasn't dramatic. I read that he will appear in 4 episodes next season, and I think 4 more episodes in the following season. I think they are trying to make Ray to be the next Carter because last night seemed to be the first time that an episode really focused on him. I liked Abby's comment, "the book of Carter." What is the name of Sam's son because that little boy is something else. It was definetly a cliff-hanger. I can't believe that he caught a ride with a stranger. I hope everything is alright with him. I'm wondering if that is a story-line that they took out of the news. I know that the story-line that involved Ray came out of the news. I can't wait to see more of Danny Glover on ER. Did he look old? |

omg! The finale was so good! I love Shane West, he's so hot! So I was glad they kind of focused on him. Once I saw that porch, I knew what was going to happen but once it did, my jaw dropped.

Danny Glover is old!
I'm sick of Sam's bratty son! That's all I'm gonna say about that!!! The end of Carter was good. Mark had a good ending too even though he died, it was still good. I was upset that Morris was on the bottom floor on that porch collapse!! ER really needs a new male lead, Shane West isn't it, sorry! I like how Abbey really took control of the force labor situation. They kind of showed too much of the birth for my taste!!! ![]() |

Amen to that! I was really happy they focused on him.....I also agree with you felicitylen...it does seem like Ray will be the next Carter. I'm really happy the ending with Carter wasn't this big dramatic, tears everywhere scene. It ended with a joke and a smile....the perfect way to have Carter exit. I really liked how at the party they showed those few pics of Carter with Doug, and Carol, and Mark, and Kerry....it was sweet. I also liked how for the first time, the three interns were practically on their own and they didn't kill anyone...I loved how Morris came and they told him they had everything covered, and he was like "okay....i'm going to go lie down." I'm interested in seeing Pratt and how his whole father thing works out...he'll be back for a couple of episodes next season. Susan- will she now get tenure with Carter out of the way? And what happened to Abby's med student boyfriend? Did he end up choosing County or UCSF as his first choice to do his internship? He and Abby really did look cute together. Overall...it was a good episode and a good way to say good-bye to Carter.
