Default How long can you run without getting tired and stopping?

Only about 4-11 minutes for me

I run 30 minutes on the treadmill every Thursday at an "aerobic" pace. But I don't think I can sprint really hard for long.

Less than a minute.

Edit slash that. Less than a minute is when I get tired and it's hard for me to breath. I CAN go on for about...7 minutes maybe without dying.

I start getting tired in less than a minute too.

I can't imagine going more than 11 minutes running (my record).....I would probably pass out!

From about here to the refrigerator.

I use a stationary bike almost everyday. Some days, I go for 45 minutes, but usually just 30.

I hear ya!!!

Seriously, right now it would be a minute or so - if that. I'm really out of shape at the moment. Never was a good runner because of my asthma. I used to swim, and I even tire after only about 5 laps now!

We have a whole "gym" upstairs, but its a total mess. I tried bringing the eliptical machine down to the family room but it made too much noise and freaked the dogs out - they'd bark the whole time! And when I tried doing and weights on the floor, a dog or cat would drop by and either lay on me, or sniff an area I'd rather they not! Just not condusive to a good workout!

lol...yeah, one trip up the stairs for me.

I just bought me a mini stepper today, but that won't exactly help my lack of cardio endurance.

Well I get tired quickly, but I don't usually stop. I run for about a half an hour when I go to the gym.

Ugh damn. I seriously last about 20 seconds? I could probably last a minute or 2, but Id seriously be winded and my throat would be raw and I dont like that feeling. I can do 5-6mph on tony for an hour no problem, but I went for a walk the other day outside and its completly different. Tony doesnt put any strain at all on my body.

I am pretty unfit when it comes to exercise.I'd guess I could run for no more than 15 minutes, maybe 20.I can walk for hours though.
