I only have one episode of perfect strangers on DVD that came with my Night Court DVD. But that's only one episode so I don't know if that'll do you any good.

i am searching for all episodes but thank you for interest Brieannas21,it is hardest way to search perfect strangers as like this but i couldnt find it anywhere,do you know why it is too hard to find?maybe it is not publish nowdays,i dont know... by the way do you know any store or internet sites sells that sitcom,therefore i contact with them?
