Talking Three's Company survey!

Now for something a bit different! I figured I'd create this little survey whilst waiting for Three's Company to start at 11 Hopefully this hasn't been done before(it probably has LOL). Please fill out!

Name: Kristel

Location: Long Island, New York

Age: 23

When did you first become interested in Three's Company?- Well, it's fairly recent. I think it was last summer when they had the marathon going on Nick at Nite(around 4th of July?) I became hooked immediately and ended up watching it alllll day on that hot, sticky weekend

What was the first episode you recall watching?(or the one that really got you HOOKED if you can't remember)- The "Love Diary" was the first episode I ever saw and it got me hooked! I remember thinking that Mr. Roper was HYSTERICAL from the way he winked, smiled, and brushed against Chrissy...LOL.

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why?: This is a tough one choosing between three, but since I created this survey I figured I better follow my own question It's definately between "Macho Man", "Up in the Air", and "Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"(in no particular order). I think "Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" was really an episode where the guest star(Jeffrey Tambor) really outshined the cast in a way- he was soooo funny! I think this episode has one of the best misunderstandings of the whole series. It was done PERFECTLY without seeming overly cheesy. "Up in the Air" is an obvious one-- John's physical comedy is just perfection. It really showed his ability to act, dance, and do it all! I loved "Macho Man" because it seemed like I was laughing every five seconds Such a funny and underrated episode.

What episodes would you say are you LEAST favorite and why?: I'm not too fond of "Navy Blues", "Bob And Carol and Larry and Terri", "Jack's Uncle", or the last three episodes.....I dunno...they just didn't do it for me(the last three episodes for obvious reasons beginning with V and ending with ICKY)

Which landlord do you like better?(The Ropers or Mr Furley....if you don't like both Ropers, please state which one do you like and why?)- EDITED: I'd have to say Mr. Furley now...I love the Ropers a lot but I think Furley just had that special something that added hilarity to the show.

I know this is tough....but who is your favorite roomie?(only ONE!)- hands down- Jack Tripper. Funny, charming, bashful, gorgeous....what's there NOT to like? I always look forward to seeing John Ritter outdo himself in each episode with something equally hysterical(and he does!) Plus, he was always looking out for his friends and I admire that quality!

Who's your favorite blonde(Chrissy, Cindy, or Terri?) Why?- EDITED: I am torn now...I love Chrissy's stupidity but Terri's sarcasm and wit is refreshing...it's a tie as of now.

Who was the prettiest roomate?- Definately Janet, IMO. She has beautiful, HUGE brown eyes, cute voice, and just an overall beauty that made her so irresistable!! Jack and Janet should've hooked up, dammit!!

Who's your LEAST favorite TC character and why?- I'd say Cindy. Nothing against her but she was the least funny of the roommates.

Larry- YAY or NAY?- YAY!!!! I love Larry! I think he's so damned underrated. He was the perfect friend for Jack and totally unique(I love his slimey, sleazy ways!) He's a great actor.

Jack's Bistro....yay or nay?- NAY. I dunno, the episodes were sorta stale when he got that thing. Jack became more cranky too...LOL, I guess he was putting in over time doing everything BUT managing.

What do your friends/family think of your liking TC?- Hahhaa, I doubt they even know! My friends just listen to me, probably thinking ' I wish she'd stop talking about TC!' LOL

When did you first become interested in Three's Company? It was about 3 years ago when I first saw it on Nick at Nite. I fell in love with Jack Tripper & I've been hooked ever since.

What was the first episode you recall watching? I can't remember the very first episode I saw, but the one that I first recall is "A Night Not to Remember" Jack was hysterical in that one!

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why? My all time favorite episode is "Jack's Tattoo" It was SO funny! I guess the other too I would pick would be "Up In The Air" and "The Harder They Fall"

What episodes would you say are you LEAST favorite and why? I hate "Bob and Carol and Larry and Terri", "Coffee, Tea, Or Jack?" & "Jack's 10" I also hate the final episode. It was done all wrong! Stupid producers!

Which landlord do you like better?(The Ropers or Mr Furley....if you don't like both Ropers, please state which one do you like and why?) Hands down the Ropers! Helen Roper is one awesome lady who knows what she wants! I like Furley, but he occasionally gets on my nerves.

I know this is tough....but who is your favorite roomie?(only ONE!) Do you even have to ask? JACK TRIPPER! The sexiest man ever!

Who's your favorite blonde(Chrissy, Cindy, or Terri?) Why? I'd have to say Terri. She was definately the smartest blonde on the show.

Who was the prettiest roomate? Janet! What guy could resist that firey Italian with brown doe eyes?

Who's your LEAST favorite TC character and why? I'd say Lana. I think her character was totally unecessary to the show.

Larry- YAY or NAY? YAY!!!! He may have been a slime ball, but he can make me roll on the floor laughing.

Jack's Bistro....yay or nay? Yay! It was Jack's dream come true!

What do your friends/family think of your liking TC? They think I'm crazy, but screw what they think! LOL!

When did you first become interested in Three's Company?- When I saw that Nick @ Nite was going to be airing their all week marathon of the show in 2000, I decided to tune in and see what was so great about it. From the first episode I saw, I loved it! And of course, loved John Ritter

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why?: My very top favorite episode is of course, "Up In The Air". I've seen and have this episode with John's full dance scene, and let me tell you, it's amazing. What talent! That was the best episode of the entire show, IMHO. Awesome job, John! Second place would be "A Night Not To Remember", and of course, because of John's physical comedy. He did such a great job playing drunk Jack! Third place was hard to decided, but I think I'm going to go with "Handcuffed". That was so funny!! Seeing Jack and Chrissy handcuffed together was hysterical!

What episodes would you say are you LEAST favorite and why?: The last three episodes stunk. I don't really care for them, and like I said before, I never watch them. I hate them for obvious reasons. I don't think that was a very nice way to end such a hit show.

Which landlord do you like better?(The Ropers or Mr Furley....if you don't like both Ropers, please state which one do you like and why?)- I loved both the Roper and Furley a lot, but I like Furley just a little bit more. He could always have me ROFL!! Especially when he would start yelling and when he would say "Now hear this!!" LOL!!

I know this is tough....but who is your favorite roomie?(only ONE!)- Actually, this isn't tough for me!! I don't even think I need to answer this, but I will anyway, LOL!!! OF COURSE, JACK TRIPPER!!!!!! WHO DOESN'T LIKE THAT GUY!?!?! He was hilarious, sweet, caring, funny, and sooooo nice looking!!!!!!! Love that guy!!!

Who's your favorite blonde(Chrissy, Cindy, or Terri?) Why?- Chrissy!!!! She was such a funny dumb blonde, plus, she was the original! I liked her even more in season 4, OMG she made me ROFL so many times! And I loved it when she told her long pointless stories with no meaning! LOL!!

Who was the prettiest roomate?- Without a question, Janet. Chrissy got all the fame but I truly think that Janet was the prettiest. She was gorgeous, and she still is to this day.

Who's your LEAST favorite TC character and why?- I would say Mr. Angelino. He got on my nerves when he was mean to Jack.

Larry- YAY or NAY?- YAY!!!! Larry is awesome!! I too, think he was really underrated! He was a really funny character.

Jack's Bistro....yay or nay?- YAY! It was what Jack always wanted, and I was happy for him when he got his bistro.

What do your friends/family think of your liking TC?- They all think I'm nuts. I don't really care what they think, I like what I like and if they have a problem with it, then that's too bad. They're going to have to live with it, sucks for them.

I Love John Ritter- I finally saw the FULL dance sequence and I just DIED. It was seriously amazing(can you believe I watched the WHOLE tape already?! ) That tape was gold.

Thanks for filling out the survey!! I love Chrissy's pointless stories too, especially the looks she gets for telling them!!

When did you first become interested in Three's Company: When John Ritter died, I became very hurt and very depressed, but I had never watched an episode of Three's Company. Soon, his death was talked about on every channel and they would show clips from Three's Company and I found myself cracking up, thinking, ''I have to start watching this show''. I would watch it here and there for the next few months, but then in May (i think it might have been May) TVLand played a 48 hour marathon and I became hooked. I watch it because John always makes me laugh and whenever i feel sad about his death, I watch Three's Company and he makes me feel a whole lot better!!!

What was the first episode you recall watching: "Strangers In The Night". I saw this a few days after John Ritter's death, on what would have been his birthday (9/17). That was the first time I saw John's physical comedy!!

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why: "Strangers In The Night" because it was the first one I ever saw and the first time I saw John Ritter's physical comedy. "A Night Not To Remember" because John was BRILLIANT!!!! And "Up In The Air" because it's the perfect JJ episode and those two cracked me up!!

What episodes would you say are your LEAST favorite and why: I dont know. I didnt really care much for "Helen's Rendezvous", "A Friend In Need" I thought was ok, but it wasn't really one of my favorites.

Which landlord do you like better: RF all the way!!

I know this is tough...but who is your favorite roomie: JACK TRIPPER, JACK TRIPPER, JACK TRIPPER!!!!!! I also like Janet, but JACK TRIPPER, JACK TRIPPER, JACK TRIPPER!!!

Who's your favorite blonde and why: Chrissy. I like her dumb-blonde remarks!

Who was the prettiest roomate: Janet!!! well, all of them were very pretty, but Janet is my favorite female roomate.

Who's your least favorite Three's Company character and why: Hmm, maybe Dean Travers. I thought he was ok and sometimes he was funny, but I dont care for that character very much.

Larry- YAY or NAY: YAY!!! at times he was a terrible friend, but he always makes me laugh!!

Jack's Bistro- YAY or NAY: YAY!!!! I love Jack's Bistro!!

What do your friends/family think of your liking Three's Company: My mom might think im crazy, but she'll watch it with me even though she's not a big fan. I dont really like the shows she watches like Dallas or anything on HGTV, but she gets a bunch of laughs from John!! I dont think my sister or my dad know I'm a big fan, they know I love John Ritter, but they dont live with my mom and me so I'm not sure if they know. As for my friends, they know I'm crazy and they're just as crazy too because all of my friends are in here!! I know, how cheesy! but I dont have a lot of friends here in Minden, NE.

Thank you so much Kristel for letting us do a survey!! it was a lot of fun!!!

When did you first become interested in Three's Company: Well I used to watch reruns of it when I was 10 or 11, but I really didn't understand it. I guess when I was around 12 I got back into it!

What was the first episode you recall watching: "Jack Goes to the Dentist" I've seen it 24790273021 times since then! I love it!

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why: Hm I love all of them! But my top three are "She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not" (JJ!), "Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" (it was hysterical!), and "Jack's Tattoo" (JJ and it was hilarious!)

Which landlord do you like better: Mr. Furley

I know this is tough...but who is your favorite roomie: Aw I love them all but I guess Janet and Chrissy. I can't decide. Jack comes in second.

Who's your favorite blonde and why: Chrissy of course! I love her quotes

Who was the prettiest roomate: I think they were all pretty but Janet was definitely the prettiest, in my opinion.

Who's your least favorite Three's Company character and why: Mr. Angelino. I hated how he treated Jack

Larry- YAY or NAY: Yay. I Larry.

Jack's Bistro- YAY or NAY: Nay. After Jack got his bistro there was no more Reagle Beagle

What do your friends/family think of your liking Three's Company: Haha well when I was REALLY obsessed.. and I mean really.. my family got annoyed. I would stay up until 2 in the morning to catch a rerun on WB. They would wake up to hear me laughing I have all the DVDs, and I know alot about the show, so I don't know really. My whole family really likes the show though. My friends surprisingly remember it and watch it sometimes too, which is pretty cool.

When did you first become interested in Three's Company: One time when I was spending the night at my cousins house there was nothing on tv (it was about 4 am) so she turned it to Three's Company for me to watch and I've been hooked ever since then.

What was the first episode you recall watching: "Good Old Reliable Janet" that was the episode my cousin and I watched the first time I saw it

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why: "Up In The Air" because of Jacks dance scene "A Night Not To Remember" because of Jack getting drunk and "Chrissy's Hospitality" because of all the misunderstandings

What episodes would you say are your LEAST favorite and why: The last four episodes because Jack and Vicky got together and Janet and Philip were getting married and the show ended

Which landlord do you like better: Mr. Furley

I know this is tough...but who is your favorite roomie: That's such an easy question... Jack Tripper by far is my favorite!

Who's your favorite blonde and why: Chrissy, she says dumb things sometimes, but she still cracks me up

Who was the prettiest roomate: Janet was the prettiest in my opinion

Who's your least favorite Three's Company character and why: Mr. Angelino because he was too mean to Jack

Larry- YAY or NAY: YAY! Larry is cool

Jack's Bistro- YAY or NAY: Yay because Jack finally got what he wanted, and there were a few good episodes when he got it

What do your friends/family think of your liking Three's Company: They think I'm crazy! I'm always talking about TC and JR at school. My friends even know who the main characters are because I talk about it so much, and they don't even watch it! My family gets annoyed sometimes because I take the remote from them every time it comes on. My whole family likes the show though.

Good survey questions Kristel

Who's your LEAST favorite TC character and why?
I'd have to say Mr. Roper because he's boring, there are only a couple good episodes with him IMO. I also don't like Larry in the earlier seasons, i think he got better towards the end though.

Larry- YAY or NAY?
YAY, in the later seasons

Jack's Bistro....yay or nay?
Yay! It was nice that Jack finally got is own restaurant that he wanted for so long

What do your friends/family think of your liking TC?
My mom hates it, my dad loves it, and my friends think i'm overly obsessive but they watch it with me sometimes, but they get bored fast

Thanks for filling out the survey!! I love Chrissy's pointless stories too, especially the looks she gets for telling them!!
Yeah, I had been waiting forever to see that too!! And I agree, it was seriously amazing. WOW! The whole tape already? LOL!! You must of had a "Three's Company" marathon! Glad you liked the tape.

NP! Yeah, Chrissy is hilarious! And I love it when Jack and Janet look off to the side or give her looks when she says stupid things! That gets me

When did you first become interested in Three's Company?
One night I was watching "Full House" and there was this episode where they sang the Three's Company theme song, and I was like, I heard that song from somewhere. Then I remembered that it's from that sitcom that I never watched before. So one night I was flipping through the channels and I saw that Three's Company was on and so I decided to watch it, and I LOVED it! I started to watch it everyday, and I wouldn't miss a night!

What was the first episode you recall watching?
The first episode I saw was "Jack the Giant Killer" on TV Land.

What are your TOP THREE Three's Company episodes and why?
My first one is "Up In the Air" b/c that was was so hilarious My second one is " A Night Not to Remember" b/c I enjoyed that one and it was funny. And my third one is "Some of that Jazz" b/c it was so sweet, especially the ending.

What episodes would you say are you LEAST favorite and why?
I'm not sure. I think " The Reverend Steps Out" & "The Apartament"
I can't think of any other ones.
I don't know why but I don't think I liked those that much. They're not episodes that I would enjoy watching more than a few times.

Which landlord do you like better?(The Ropers or Mr Furley....if you don't like both Ropers, please state which one do you like and why?) I like RF better. The Ropers were getting boring after a while. Mr. Furley made me laugh more.

I know this is tough....but who is your favorite roomie?(only ONE!)
Janet!

Who's your favorite blonde(Chrissy, Cindy, or Terri?)
Terri

Who was the prettiest roomate?
Janet

Who's your LEAST favorite TC character and why? My least favorite character would be Lana b/c I though she was so annoying.

Larry- YAY or NAY?
YAY I guess...

Jack's Bistro....yay or nay?
Yay. It was alright.

What do your friends/family think of your liking TC?
My mom wonders why I'm so crazy and obsessed about that show
And my dad doen't even know what it's about He never saw an episode, but he would probably get bored.
Some of my friends like it but not many of them watch it every night or are crazy about it. It's kind of an old show, so I guess they are not that crazy about it nowadays

I'm going to watch Three's Company of what is left of the episode
Great quiz btw!
