He deserves a kick in the ass along with his dad. Whatever happened to a parent telling his kid to listen to his teacher and do as he is told? Anyway, maybe if he wasn't filing lawsuits he would have time to get his homework done.
I never had to do homework over the summer, and it sounds like a dumb idea, but not as dumb as sueing over it. |

We're gonna be screwed when my generation is running the country. I'll admit it.

It's his own fault for taking honors pre-calculus.

I don't get the whole summer homework thing anyway. At my school, each semester, we could have had different teachers if we wanted (that may have changed since the students no longer schedule their own classes), so carrying homework over was utterly pointless because you're not going to have homework from one teacher and then go to another one.
No wonder some people are totally unprepared for college...their HS experience is too different. |

I was all for homework in highschool because the kids who did it,were ahead of the kids who couldn't be bothered.I reckon this kid had a case, the last thing someone wants to be doing in their holidays is school work. Its not supposed to be a stressful time.I remember getting holiday homework and assignments all the time.
