Didn't it seem like she was always the victim on the show? Here's the times she has been a victim:
_______________________________________
1. Having a drunk husband.
2. Getting abused by Reed.
3. Reed's suing for custody of her baby.
4. Kimberly stealing her baby.
5. Mr. Carter shooting her.
6. Rikki stealing her camera equipment.
7. Rikki putting sugar in her motorcycle.
8. John Rawling's trying to kill her.
9. Jesse beating her.
10. Being punched by Jane.
11. Jake cheating on her at various times.

Jake never cheated on her. If you are referring to the time when she caught Jake with Shelly, he wasn't cheating. Shelly arranged it that way and Jo just happened to walk in. Everything else was true on your list buy you forgot to add Jo giving up the baby for adoption. I feel bad for her. I loved it when she decked Kimberly in the hospital after finding out that Kim told the Carter's parents about the babt being alive.

Kim deserved to get punched at the hospital. Im glad she got killed off in the 5th season. I never liked her. One other scene is where Kim is at the NO MORE VICTIMS camp in that sweat tent and she hallucinates seeing Jo, Sydney, Jane, and Amanda, and they are insulting Kim in the worst ways ever. VERY VERY FUNNY!!! lol.

Maybe that's part of why Daphne left the show. I know she's said something about not getting paid well or not liking her plots.
