I watch reruns, but I'd rather watch a video or a DVD because they contain the stuff that was taken out in syndication for commercials, etc.
For example: "M*A*S*H." |

One advantage to DVD is you can watch the episodes at your leisure, rewind etc and no commercial breaks. I live in NYC and I sometimes go over to the Museum of TV and Radio and check out old shows in their library; sometimes they have the old shows with the original commercials and network promos left in which is fun to see. It would be wild if some show came out on DVD with vintage commercials in them. |
