This is offical...this is the week-long marathon, each night dealing with the character. They advertised this once last night.

Sunday October 7th to Saturday October 13th, 9PM-5:30AM each nite, 10 episodes a night, after 2AM repeats of the first 7 of the night.

Nick at Nite lifts a glass in honor of the series about a Boston bar where everybody knows your name: Cheers (1982-93).
Each night of the weeklong marathon features 10 episodes that shine the spotlight on different series regulars, beginning Sunday October 7th with friendly barkeep Sam Malone (Ted Danson). The showcase continues with hoity-toity Diane Chambers (Shelley Long) on Monday; pompous psychiatrist Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) on Tuesday; naive farm boy Woody Boyd (Woody Harrelson) on Wednesday; neurotic Rebecca Howe (Kirstie Alley) on Thursday; and barflies Norm Peterson and Cliff Clavin (George Wendt, John Ratzenberger) on Friday. Wisecracking waitress Carla Tortelli (Rhea Perlman) wraps up the week on Saturday.

The reason why there's no Coach night is probably because they might not have 10 episodes that revolve around Coach. Which is a shame because there are a few really good episodes that do, like the one with Coach's daughter, that would be good to see uncut. But I'm sure Coach will be featured in many of the episodes.

Hmmm...now I'm trying to think of 10 episodes that revolved around Coach:

1. Coach's daughter visits
2. New couple Sam and Diane are annoyed that Coach is hanging around with them so much.
3/4. Coach's new fiancee wins the lottery (two parts)

Can anyone think of any others?

When Sam starts drinking again because of his breakup with Diane and Coach is trying to get them back together so Sam will stop drinking. Coach was pretty great.....
