I can remember watching it during it's primetime run in the 70's, but I didn't really get hooked til about '81. Two words -- Michael McKean... I had a mad crush on him for a year.

*sigh* You're so lucky lol Retro, I love it! I got stuck in this generation and what TV show do I like? None lol But I will watch American Dreams since it has to do with the 60's but otherwise, I don't like any shows from this generation now. All the singers suck too lmao.

I loooove American Dreams . I'm dying to get the first season on DVD, but, it's a little pricey. I also like That 70's Show.
Definitely, I'm a retro woman. I would love to have been an adult in the 60 or 70's.

I LOVE THE 80's!

I remember that the 70's were very popular in high school. It's like 80's are in style now!

I'm not sure how much AD is on DVD, it has to be about the same as L&S; I haven't seen the show on DVD though ~ that's what I get for living in FL now lol. Up North EVERYTHING was available, even if it was never known. lol. And I would have loved to have been an adult then too, all the awesome shoes and clothes... *sigh*

Lots of retro stuff is coming out now, I was at Super Wal*Mart the other day and there was some AWESOME short skirts and pants, there was this buttoned up sweater that reminded me of Shirley ~ it was black and had a grey poodle on the right side

Last time I checked, AD was going for about $75. I think because it had the original music. Makes me wonder what WKRP in Cincinnati will go for if they ever release that on DVD with the original music.
