I now have two kittens, one an orange tabby and the other a gray/black/orange tortoiseshell, both females, in need of names.
They were originally named Marco (as in Marco Polo) and Huckleberry (as in Huckleberry Finn) due to their love for exploring. I am trying to find the perfect names for them!!! The first pair of names I've been suggested are: Ginger and Mary Ann Another: Bella and Buttercup Anyone have any more ideas? ![]() I'll post a picture as soon as I can.

We always name our cats after our favorite writers (Thackery, Austen, Lewis, Bronte, etc.) That might work. We're also into Shakespearian names for some reason: Othello, Hamlet, Macbeth, Desdemona, ... okay, you asked an English major, what'd ya expect?

I had a couple of kitties who were brother and sister. The brother kitty always took the lead and the sister kitty always followed. So I named them Pete and Re-pete. Except I shortened Repeat's name to Reper. They were a couple of cuties.
How about Lucy and Ethel or Karly and Babes Cat? ![]() |

How about Tiddles(Mrs. Slocumbe's cat on Are You Being Served?); Spot(Data's cat on Star Trek:TNG)?, or Midnight(Iola's freeze-dried cat on Mama's Family)?
No? Then how about just naming the lot of them Pus*y Galore. ![]() (Wow, that's the first time I was ever censored. I didn't even know they had that here.) |
