Default Did Girlfriends and Eve have a crossover episode last night? I'm because...

I noticed the character PEACHES in the EVE episode last night and believe it was the same character from girlfriends. Someone let me know is there a gay guy named Peaches on Girlfriends.

It wasn't a cross over episode beacause Peaches was only on Eve. He didn't appear on Girlfriends. Yoanna from America's Next Top Model was on Eve also.

Peaches has been on Girlfriends before. The dude that plays Peaches is Waldo from Family Matters. It's a damn shame he can't get any other roles besides playing a gay dude LOL.

It was just a guest spot when he appeared on Girlfriends and Eve. Neither list him as a main character. For it to be considered a cross-over, he would have had to appear on a show back to back, like 7pm and 7:30 pm (only an example).

I thought that was wild that he was on Eve playing Peaches! Isaiahthomas you're right it is a shame he can't seem to play "intelligent " characters! But anyway Peaches was a hairdresser on Girlfriends and at one point was Joan's secretary after Mya went over to William.

Well is the show Eve and Girlfriends based in the same city? I'm just trying to make sense of Peaches guest spot on EVE.

I just assumed that right now. At first I thought Shawn Harrison was just being type cast as a gay man by UPN.

But I just saw tonights "Girlfriends" and I noticed both characters had the name of Peaches.

Only problem is, I think both "Girlfriends" and "Eve" are set in different cities. I really don't pay attention to which cities the shows are located in. I believe "Girlfriends" is set in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, somewhere in southern California, while "Eve" is set in Miami.

Little off topic, but Shawn Harrison is one of four "Family Matters" alumn I have seen on "Girlfriends." Jo Marie Payton was on the season premere as Lynn's birth dad's wife, Darris McCrary played Toni's brother last season. And I think I saw Reginald VelJohnson on an episode of Girlfriends. Probably the people that casted "Girlfriends" also casted for "Family Matters."

You forgot "Laura" was on Girlfriends as Darnell "other" woman. Remeber Mya and the girls had it out with her at the airport.

The Peaches character was confusing because Girlfriends is in L.A and Eve is in Miami!!

No one had more Family Matters alumns than the Moesha/Parkers franchise. The producers of those two shows was a writer on Family Matters.

She was on Moesha as Mo's step cousin.

She was also on the Parkers as a student that Nicky's catches cheating, in the episode when Nicky was the Professor's teaching assistent.
