Terri: What did Kat tell you about your grandpa?
Faith: He's dead.
Terri: He's not. That time you went to her house, I met him.
Faith: Oh my God.
Zack: What do you want to do?
Faith: Hunt her down.

(Living room.)

Janet: Before I moved in with Chrissy, I was wild. Met Duke at a party. It was love at 1st sight. After a few dates, we got married. It didn't last long. Caught him in bed with another woman. I moved to Santa Monica and started over.
Jack: Why didn't you tell me?
Janet: I was scared! I'm sorry.
Jack: I don't know.
Janet: I forgave you for sleeping with Kathryn!
Jack: This is different. I didn't marry her. I need a beer. (He exits. Janet picks up something, throws it and cries. Terri enters.)
Terri: What's wrong?
Janet: I don't want to talk about it. (Zack and Faith enter.)
Zack: You coming, Janet?
Janet: No.
Faith: Ok. I put Trevor in bed. (They exit.)

(Bar. Jack's drinking a beer. Duke enters and walks to him.)

Duke: Hey, man.
Jack: Hey.
Duke: Sorry If I caused problems with you and Janet.
Jack: Stay away from her.
Duke: Don't worry. (Jack pays for his beer and exits. Duke takes out his cell phone and dials a number.) It's me. Get ready for the kill.

(Airport. Zack, Terri and Faith walk to a clerks desk.)

Terri (to Zack and Faith): Follow my lead. (to clerk): I'm looking for Kathryn Lyle.
Clerk: Who are you?
Terri: I work the Hawii P.D. Ms. Lyle is wanted for.... murder. What flight is she on? (The clerk types something in the computer.)
Clerk: 201 to New York.
Terri: I'd like to buy a ticket.
Zack: Have fun.
Terri: You're not going?
Zack: Can't. Wedding plans.
Terri: I promise. As soon as I get back, we'll get married. (They kiss.)

(Living room. Janet's playing with Trevor.)

Janet: Can you say Mommy?
Trevor: Mommy.
Janet: Oh my God! Those are you're 1st words! I'm so proud of you. (Knock on the door. It's a man.)
Man: The adoption place said Trevor was here.
Janet: Who're you?
Man: Henry, Trevor's father.

Janet: Should've thought about that before you left him at the adoption place.
Henry: Give me my son! Is that him in your arms?
Janet: No.
Henry: Liar! (He tries to take Trevor, but Cindy Snow runs up, knocking him to the ground.)
Cindy: Sorry.
Janet: Cindy, than God you're here. This man tried to take Trevor.
Cindy: Whose Trevor? (A truck pulls up.)
Janet: I'll tell you later. Help me hide Henry. (Janet sits Trevor on the couch and takes Henry's arms. Cindy takes the feet and they hide him the closet. Jack enters.) Jack, look whose here.
Jack: Cindy. Why didn't you tell us you were coming?
Cidy: Surprise. (She throws up her arms, hitting Jack in the nose.) Sorry.
Janet: Are you staying with us?
Cindy: If it's not too much trouble.
Janet: I'll find you a room. (Cindy grabs her bags and they exit. Jack sits on the couch and plays with Trevor. Henry falls out of the closet.)
Jack: Janet! Janet! (Janet enters.)
Janet: What? (She sees Henry) Oh, no.
Jack: Whose this? Don't lie.
Janet: Henry. He came by and said he was Trevor's real father. He tried to take him, but Cindy ran up and knocked him out. We heard you pull up and hid him in the closet.
Jack: I said don't lie!
Janet: How did he there, then? (Trevor cries.) I'll take him.
Jack: No, I will. (He exits. Janet walks to Henry and feels his pockets. Jack enters.) What are you doing?
Janet: Seeing if he has a wife I can call.
Jack: Are you crazy? She might be Trevor's mother.
Janet: So you believe me, about Henry?
Jack: Yea. Sorry I yelled. (They kiss. Zack and Faith enter.)
Zack: Glad to see somebody happy. (They stop.)
Janet: What's wrong? Where's Terri?
Zack: Looking for Kathryn in New York.
Faith: You could've gone.
Zack: I know, but I'm starting to ask if Terri really loves me.
Jack: Sure she does. Why did she say yes to you're proposal?
Faith: I'll help take your mind off of her. Want to help me find my grandpa?
Zack: No. I'm going to bed.
Faith: Alright. Be back soon. (She exits. Cindy enters.)
Cindy: Nice place.
JanetL Zack, this is our old friend, Cindy. Cindy, this is Zack, Jack's cousin.
Zack: Hey.
Cindy: Hi. (They shake hands.)
Zack: Excuse me. (He goes to his bedroom.)
Cindy: Cute:
Janet: Lay off. He belongs to Terri.
Cindy: Too bad. I'm going out to look around.
Jack: Want me or Janet to come with?
Cindy: It's cool. (She opens the door and bumps into Duke.) Excuse me. (She exits.)
Duke: Janet?
Jack: I thought I told you to stay away from her.
Duke: I do what I want.
Janet: Duke, we've had a long day. Can you go?
Duke: Alright. But before I go, let me ask this: you want a man or boy? (Jack punches Duke. He falls to the floor.)
Janet: Where did you learn that?
Jack: Lesson from John Cena. (The phone rings.)
Janet: Hello?
Terri: Janet? It's Terri. Kathryn's dead.
Janet: How?
Terri: We got in a fight. Somebody fired a gun and the bullet hit Kat. He chased after me. I'm in a old building now. I'm using my cell phone.
Janet: Becareful. And hurry home. (Gunshots are heard. Terri screams.) Terri?! Terri, you ok? Call the police!! Damnit! (She hangs up.)
Jack: What's wrong?
Janet: Kat's dead and Terri might be dead, too.

Jeff: Can I help you?
Faith: I'm Faith Lyle, Kathryn's daughter.
Jeff: What? My daughter never had a kid.
Faith: She kept me a secret for 16 years. Left me with my grandmother, your wife.
Jeff: What's her name?
Faith: Gladys.
Jeff: Oh, my God.

(Living room. Jack's on the phone.)

Jack: Thanks. (He hangs up.) My flight leaves tomorrow morning.
Janet: I hope Terri's ok.
Jack: She is. (Duke opens his eyes.)
Duke: Where am I?
Jack: I'lll take him home. (He jerks Duke up and they exit. Janet puts Henry on the couch. Cindy enters.)
Cindy: How is he?
Janet: Still knocked out. He won't remember what happened.
Cindy: He said he was Trevor's real father. How did you get Trevor?
Janet: Adoption. Doctor said I couldn't have any babies.
Cindy: I'm sorry. I want a kid.
Cindy: You will someday.

(Jeff's place.)

Jeff: I can't believe Kat kept you a secret for 16 years.
Faith: I can.
Jeff: How has your life been?
Faith: Hard. Lived on the steets when I was 13. Grandma couldn't take care of me anymore. Thank God Terri came. I wouldn't be alive.
Jeff: I only met her once. She and Kat were fighting.
Faith: I gotta go. It was nice meeting you.
Jeff: Same here. (Faith exits.)

(Living room. Jack enters.)

Jack: Duke's home. He'll be out for the rest of the night.
Janet: So will Henry.
Cindy: Let's go to bed.
Janet: Good idea. Faith has a key. She can get in. (They exit.)

Next morning....

(Kitchen. Everybody's present except Janet.)

Jack: I'm late.
Zack: For?
Jack: Something I have to pick up for Janet. (He exits. Janet enters, crying.)
Janet: Is Trevor in here?
Zack: No.
Janet: He's not in his crib.
Faith: Oh, some man took him. Said you hired him to take Trevor so you could sleep-in.
Janet: I didn't. What did he look like?
Faith: Tall, balding, had a H on his jacket. (Janet and Cindy look at each other.)
Janet: Henry.

Zack: I will. (He exits.)
Janet: Sorry I yelled at you.
Faith: It's cool. Has anybody heard from mom?
Janet: We hate to tell you this... but, Terri's in New York looking for her. She called and... Kat's dead.
Faith: What? Oh, no.
Janet: Faith-
Faith: Shut up! (She gets up, bumps into Zack, but keeps on going.)
Zack: What's with her?
Janet: We told her about Kathryn. I'll find her later. What did the police say?
Zack: They looked up Henry Clayon, Trevors real father. He's dead.
Cindy: That man that stole Trevor isn't really Henry?
Zack: Yea.
Janet: Oh, no. (She cries.)

(A old building. Jack enters.)

Jack: Terri? You in here? Terri.
Terri: Over here! (Jack runs to Terri.)
Jack: You ok?
Terri: Yea. I was able to dodge the bullets and hide.
Jack: Lets get you out of here.

Later....

(Living room. Zack's watching a football game. Faith enters.)

Zack: Where've you been?
Faith: None your business.
Zack: Faith, I'm trying to help.
Fait: I don't need it! (She walks to her bed room. Zack follows her, but she slams the door in his face. Jack and Terri enter.)
Zack: Terri. (They kiss.) You ok?
Terri: Yea. Where's Janet.
Zack: In her room. Trevor's been kidnapped.
Jack: What?
Zack: Calm down. The police are doing everything they can. (The phone rings.) Hello? (pause.) You did? Great. Thanks. (He hangs up.) The police found Trevor.

(Police station. The Trippers, Cindy and Terri enter and walk to a policeman.)

Janet: I'm Janet Tripper. You called and said you had my son, Trevor. (The policeman exits and returns with Trevor. He gives him to Janet. Everybody crowds around them. The man that took Trevor enters in handcuffs.)
Jack: There's that son of a bitch! (He attacks him, but the policeman holds him back.)

Few weeks later....

(Living room. Terri and Zack are making out. Terri pulls away.)

Terri: I forgot I have to go to the doctor to make sure the baby's alright. What time is it?
Zack: 10:00.
Terri: My appointment's at 10:30. Want to come?
Zack: Sure.

(Dr. McCall's office.)

Terri: I hope it's ok. (McCall enters.)
McCall: The baby's fine. Any questions?
Zack: Yea. Is it a boy?
Terri: Zack, I thought we weren't going to find.
McCall: Would you like to know?
Terri: I guess.
McCall: It's a girl. (Terri and Zack hug. McCall exits.)
Zack: Now that we know the baby's sex, and you're back from New York, there's one thing to do? When do you want to get married? I hired the church, caterers. Everything. (They kiss.)

(Terri's room. Terri's getting ready. Cindy and Janet enter.)

Janet: Everything ok?
Terri: I fell like I'm going to throw up.
Cindy: You just have cold feet.
Terri: Where's Faith?
Janet: Her room.
Terri: I'll be back.

(Outside Terri's room. Terri's about to knock when she hears singing. She opens the door.)

Faith: Don't you knock? Oh, hey Terri.
Terri: Was that you singing?
Faith: Yea.
Terri: You're good. Would you like to sing at the wedding?
Faith: I don't know. Wedding's are classy. I'm not. I couldn't sing the music they play. I like rock.
Terri: I'm going to give advice you probaly never heard from Kat or your grandmother: be yourself. If you like rock, sing rock.
Faith: I'll think about it.

Later....

(Church. Zack's stading infront of a priest. Terri enters and walk to them.)

Priest: We are here today to join this man and woman for there wedding. Zackary Tripper.
Zack: Zack.
Priest: Do you take Terri to be your wife?
Zack: I do.
Priest: Terri Alden, do you take Zack to be your husband?
Terri: I do.
Priest: Does anybody have any objections? (Silence.) I pronouce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride. (Zack kisses Terri.)

Later....

Janet: This girl came into our lives a few months ago. Faith Lyle. (She exits. Faith enters and sings.)

Next day....

(Bedroom. Janet's packing. Terri enters.)

Terri: You ready?
Janet: Yea. You sure it's ok I leave Trevor here?
Terri: I need to practice. Go to the mountains with Jack.
Janet: What if he starts to walk? I'll miss it.
Terri: Go. I'll call if anything happens. (Jack enters.)
Jack: Cab's here. (They exit. Zack enters.)
Zack: How does it feel to be Mrs. Tripper?
Terri: Great.
Zack: Faith's spending the night with her grandpas. Cindy's visiting Fresno for a few days. We're alone. (They kiss. Terri breaks it apart.)
Terri: We need to think up names for the baby.
Zack: She isn't do for 9 months.
Terri: So?
Zack: Alright. How's Daphne?
Terri: No. I had an aunt Daphne and hated her. How about Jasmine?
Zack: I dated a girl named Jamine. Left me for a football player and became a stripper.
Terri: How about.... Blair?
Zack: It's.... different.
Terri: That's why I like it.
Zack: Blair it is. (They kiss. Terri takes off her shirt and they make love.)

Coming up: Jack and Janet's trip doesn't go as planed.
