Both are, in my opinion, the two finest Sci-Fi Series. I know most Sci-Fi fans go for the Star Trek Franchise, but I never did. Anyways, which do you like better?
I'll go with Quantum Leap. Eventhough, Sliders is a great show. The difference is that Sliders had so many cast changes and changed the premise of the show. So QL stayed with the same premise, therefore wins out. Plus QL had five great seasons. Sliders had about four and a half great seasons. Season 3 sucked, and 5 semi-sucked. Anyways, which do you pick and why?

They're both good shows, but I chose Quantum Leap. It's fun, there's the chemistry between Sam and Al and you never know what the next situation is going to be. One minute Sam's in 1980 and the next, it's 1952. Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell were so great together. Overall, I've always been a bigger fan of Quantum Leap.

I prefer Quantum Leap, even though I like Sliders, too. Sliders was at its best during its Fox years and spiraled downhill when the Sci-Fi Channel aired new episodes after Fox cancelled it. Quantum Leap was consistent and very good overall during its entire run.

Quantum Leap by far. I could never stand Sliders because Jerry O'Connell gets on my nerves.
