Default what's happening

question..... I need your input to settle a HUGE bet @ work.

Who on "What's Happenin'" first used the phrase. "hey, hey, hey, hey." I know they all may have "said" it but who did that phrase belong to? I say it was Re-run, others are saying it was Dewayne? Who's right????

I think it belonged to Dwayne. I haven't seen the show in a long time but thats who I always associated the phrase with.

I'll look for a media file, but that phrase definitely belonged to Dwayne.

Actually i always thought the Dwayne character sounded a little feminine when saying-"Hey Hey Hey"
They should have gave him another phrase-lol
