Post Meanings

In one of tonight's episodes of Three's Company where Jack pretends to be sick and breaks a date with one girl, to go out with another and then Mr. Roper is in the apartment fixing the garbage disposal and Jack starts telling Larry about going out with a girl or something and then Larry tries to tell him to be quiet becuase Mr. Roper is standing there when Mr. Roper sees Larry telling Jack to be quiet did'nt Mr. Roper know he was talking about a girl? What did he mean when he said "Jack why do you have to hide things from me?" "Do you know your garbage disposal is broke too?"

Then Mr. Roper thinking Jack is sick goes home and thinks he's sick and says he can't take his wife out but after one of the girls Jack broke a date with dumps soup on his head for lying to her about being sick Mrs. Roper finds out Jack was'nt really sick and that her husband is'nt really sick and she says to Mr. Roper "Stanley either put on your pants and we'll go out and have fun, or don't put your pants on and we'll stay home and have fun." Then Mr. Roper rushes to get dressed and was Mrs. Roper like saying you better take me out or your gonna get it Stanley?

Duh, haven't you seen the show? Jack has to pretend that he's gay because Mr. Roper will only let him live there if he doesn't, you know, with the girls.
Mrs. Roper is a sex-starved woman! When she says keep your pants off and have some fun, she means....

------------------
Jack: "This is a job for the man of the house."
Janet: "I did not kiss Larry!"
Chrissy: "Snort snort."
Mr. Roper: "Not tonight Helen, I got a headache."
Mrs. Roper: "Not tonight. That would be a good title for my autobiagraphy."
Mr. Furley: "Once a tippytoes, always a tippytoes."
Cindy: "I guess I messed things up, huh?"
Terri: "Janet? Shut up and get married."

Yeah, I know what u mean when Mrs. Roper said that. I wouldn't say she's totally sex-starved, but she does want her husband to be more affectionate to her. The Ropers don't even have a good sex life, but they are pretty funny. Anyway, that show was pretty funny. I saw it a few days ago. I liked the way Jack was being a two-timer and was ditched by those 2 chicks. The funniest scene was when some girl dumps a bowl of chicken soup on Jack's head. That was funny. But anyway, I disagree that Mrs. Roper is sex-starved. She just wants Mr. Roper to pay more attention to her.

Everytime I see a website with a description of Mrs. Roper, I get a bit mad. She is often described as a sex-starved woman. In my opinion she isn't. All she ever wanted was Mr. Roper to pay attention to her. I mean these two don't even have a good sex life. I don't know how come they've been married for so long. But they were funny as hell and will always be my favorites. But I wouldn't describe Helen Roper as a sex-starved woman.
