Never got into Amazing Race. BB5 is the one I'll be watching, I'm addicted to that show.

Drew is hot. I think I found my BB5 crush. Him, Will, and Michael are my favs. Marvins cool too. Pretty boy from PA bugs me though, not to mention he has better eyebrows than me. This year is so... fake. There arent any 'old' people and theyre all so pretty.

I know. When they were doing everyone's introductions, everyone except for Michael, Jennifer, Marvin, and the guy from Michigan looked the same...and if you count voices, then add Karen and Will. Drew, Scott, Jase....it's like they all came from the same mold. So far from what we've seen, I like Karen, Lori, Will, Michael, and Jennifer. I don't know who said that awful degrading comment about Jennifer, but she's already bugging me. Oh, and Holly. "I got the tuna and that's a good thing because my cats like tuna....oh, but they're not here....oops.." She's not helping the blonde sterotype, but she's probably just playing it up for the camera.

And for anyone who saw Amazing Race...why the hell is Allison there?! Was one season of her not enough?

I hate Allison and wouldn't you know it, her and her boyfriend came in FIRST tonight and won a trip to Hawaii. Gag me with a spoon.

Back to Big Brother... two of the houseguests are half-brother and sister. It's Michael and Jennifer. Same father, different mothers. There's also another twist, one of the houseguests has an identical twin who will swap places with the other and compete in the game as well.

Oh and just FWIW... Scott posed nude in Playgirl in April.

So far , BB5 seems okay. The people seem okay. Holly freaks me out , with the dumb blonde crap. I like Marvin , Lori , Karen , Drew , and Will. When they introduced everybody , I almost peed my pants cuz Karen is from Saddle Brook, NJ and I live in the next town over!!! I thought that was soo cool! It said she moved from there , so whatever , as long as she's from there!
The Amazing Race was good. I really liked it! I like how Allison is in it , because I liked her from BB4 , and I hope her and her bf do good , even though he seems like a jerk. I don't like the twins at all , and I don't like the pizza brothers. I like the internet couple , they seem really sweet! The bowling moms are funny , and I like Chip and Kim. Well that's my opinion!

It's still airing here...won't end up 10PM MDT (12AM EDT)...thanks for ruining the end.... Nah, everything in Mountain time airs an hour later than on the east coast, so I never get anything live. Just a little FYI.

And OMFG Allison is pissing me the hell off by refering to Charla as "the little midget." She needs to be taken out to a field and shot. So far, I'm liking Charla and Marla (Is that her cousins name? ) and the Bowling moms.

Allison is mean to Donny. She said she was the brains and he was brawns and said she didn't want to look at his face and wouldnt even let him look first at the clues. she sure hasn't changed! I also didn't like her "midget" comment. I think her cousin's name is Mirna.

I don't know her name, but the girl who is competing with her dad is a bitch. She wanted nothing to do with Charla and Mirna and I think I saw her swinging her big bag into people at the meat place.

Big ratings hit for CBS, both shows averaged about the same:

Reality Premieres Score For CBS

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, July 6, 2004.
Apparently viewers were ready to check into the "Big Brother" house and take an "Amazing Race," because CBS was able to draw consistently solid numbers for both 90-minute season premieres.

Overall, CBS averaged a 6.3 rating/11 share for the night, far better than the 5.3/9 for second place NBC. ABC was at 4.0/9, leaving FOX in fourth with a 2.7/5. Among the netlets, The WB did a 1.8/3 to edge the 1.5/3 for UPN.

CBS also won among adults 18-49, earning a 4.0 rating in the important demographic. ABC was second with a 3.4 rating, better than the 2.2 for ABC or FOX's 1.8 rating. The WB had a 1.1 for the night, more than UPN's 0.8 rating.

The first hour of "Big Brother 5" did a 6.2/11 for CBS. ABC and NBC tied as a repeat of "Last Comic Standing" and episodes of "8 Simple Rules" and "I'm With Her" both averaged a 3.8/7 for the hour. FOX was in fourth with "The Bernie Mac Show" and "Method & Red." UPN was fifth with "All of Us" and "Eve" averaging a 1.6/3 to top "The Gilmore Girls" on The WB.

At 9 p.m., the last half-hour of "Big Brother 5" and the first half-hour of "Amazing Race" averaged a 6.4/11 for CBS. NBC was second with the 5.2/9 for a new "Last Comic Standing." ABC was third with "According to Jim" and "Less than Perfect," which beat the 2.7/4 averaged by a second hour of "Bernie Mac" and "Method & Red" on FOX. The WB got a 2.1/4 from "Summerland" and took fifth over UPN's "American's Next Top Model" encore.

NBC grabbed the night's final hour with a 7.1/12 for "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." The last hour of "Amazing Race" remained solid on CBS, taking a 6.5/11. On ABC, "NYPD 24/7" did a 4.6/8.

Don't feel bad about getting TAR an hour later. I've been looking foreward to this show for weeks now, actually since it last aired last summer, and CTV said that it would premiere on Tuesday at 9:30pm.....

Unfortunately, I live on the east coast, an hour ahead of EST. So our BRILLANT CTV affiliate here decides that instead of airing TAR on Tuesday, they'll air it on Saturday....

How am I supposed to keep from reading up on the episode in those five days?????? I'm an addict!!!!

CBS is repeating The Amazing Race Saturday Nights at 8pm ET/PT here. Big Brother airs at 9pm(starting July 17th).

I just saw BB5 and the nomination thing for the 2 people. I'm not gonna say the people who got it , but I think they both deserve it.

On my left, I saw days upon days of lipstick and ticking clocks, dirty looks and quiet whisperings. And burning secrets that just won't ever die away. And on my right, what could I picture? The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.
