Anybody else remember Bernie Kopell as a warlock who made himself into the hottest copywrite on Madison Avenue?
His slogan for Monticello Carpets was Flippety Flirp. And he put Larry Tate and the client under a spell to think it was genius. Which pissed Darren off to no end. Funny ![]() |
