Default Marathon in NYC July 4

WPIX/Channel 11 here in New York City is planning a Three's Company marathon to air on July 4 from 10am to 5pm. The program normally airs weekdays at 2am.

Great news. WPHL/Channel WB17 in Philadelphia had a marathon as well a month or so ago. Did you see a promo for something on WPIX?

Hmmmm. I get that channel, but it doesn't always work too well. Hopefully, the station will work that day. It sounds interesting.

No, I hadn't seen a promo, there was a blurb in the NY Daily News.

does channel 11 edit their episodes?I'm from the phila. area & the WB network(channel 17)edits their episodes,but they still do a better job than tvland/nick@nite

All locals have the same edits. Nick@Nite/TV Land make their own edits, that's why you see the tag scenes and original opening credits, but some scenes we normally scene in local syndication are missing.

I don't think the marathon on WPIX will get a lot of viewers because it's airing on July 4th. Everyone will be outside. WB 17 has a chance to get some viewers since it's on July 3rd.
