Default Whatever happened to Charlene Salerno?

Does anyone know whatever happened to actress Charlene Salerno? Charlene played the part of "Ginger" the girlfriend of "Wally Plumstead". I would sure appreciate an update.

Default Charlene/Ginger

I would like to know too. I have tried searching on the net and can't find anything. She must be still alive, according to imdb.com there is no date of death for her but no info on her either.

I have a videotape of a cable TV show titled "Remember When," from 1989, where the guests are Skip Young and Jack Wagner. During the interview Skip mentions that Charlene "is no longer with us."

Charlene was wonderful as the put upon g.f. of scammer Wally. I love her in every single ep! I have trouble finding info on her too, and if she has passed on, God Rest Her Soul.

Thank you for the info. Very sad indeed if she's no longer with us -- may she be remembered eternally!

It is sad how many of the Ozzie and Harriet stars are no longer with us. Charlene was great as Ginger for the way she put up with Wally!

According to IMDB, she died in 1986 at the age of 47. I also enjoyed her as Ginger, and wondered about her. RIP Charlene.

That is a terribly young age to pass on
