Love & Confusion
Scene 1
(Janet is in her room, getting ready for work, when Jack knocks on her door.) Jack: Janet, May I come in? Janet: Sure, Come on in! Jack: Janet, I would like you to be my date for a formal party tonight that one of my Navy buddies is having. Janet: Why? Couldn't find a date? (laughs) Jack: No, I wanted to ask you. Janet: (surprised) Alright, I'd love to. (That Night at the party...) Jack: So Janet, are you having a good time? Janet: Why yes Jack, This restaurant is great! I'll have to come here again when I'm on a real date! (laughs) Jack: (hurt & a little angry) Oh, so this isn't a real date?! Janet: (Bewildered) but, I thought we were just friends! Jack: (angry) Alright, if that's the way you feel! (storms off) Janet: (still surprised) Well! That Jack doesn't know what he wants! End of Scene

Ok guys, Here's an update, but I'm gonna be gone till May 8, so it'll be a while before you get another one!
 Scene 2 (Jack and Janet back at home) Janet: Jack? Are you still upset with me about last night? Jack: No, I'm a little hurt, but I'm not upset with you. Janet: Good! I'm Glad! Jack: Janet, there's something I need to tell you.. Janet: Yes Jack, What is it? Jack: Janet, we've known each other for a long time, haven't we? Janet: Why sure Jack! Several years now. Jack: We respect each other, right? Janet: Of Course! Jack: Well then, Janet, there's something I need to tell you... Janet: Well, What is it?! (a little annoyed) Jack: Janet......... I love you.......will you go out with me? Janet: (mouth open, very surprised) Well...... I........... Jack: If you don't feel the same way about me, I understand. Janet: No, it's not that......it's just..... Why didn't you tell me sooner? Jack: I didn't know how you'd react. I want you to love me back. Janet: (smiling) Oh Jack, Yes, Yes I'll go out with you! Jack: You Will! Oh Janet! That's great! Janet: Jack, Come here. (Jack walks over to her) Janet: Closer... (He puts his arms around her) Janet: Jack, I've always loved you, from the moment I first saw you. Jack: Really? Janet: Yes Jack, Really! Janet: I've wanted to do this for a long time...... (Kisses him passionately on the lips) Jack: Janet, I love you! Janet: I love you too! |

Ok! I'm back! Here's Scene 3!
Scene 3 (Jack is getting ready for work, he and Janet have been dating for about a year) Janet: Jack honey! You're going to be late for work! Jack: I know baby! I'll be there in a sec! Janet: That man! He's always late! (laughs to herself) Jack: Ok, I'm ready! Janet: Have a great day at work! I love you sweetheart! Jack: I love you too baby! (They kiss) Jack: Don't forget to meet me at the Bistro at 8:00 sharp! Janet: Ok, I won't! (Later that evening, Janet comes to meet Jack at the Bistro) Jack: Hey Baby! Did you have a good day? Janet: Yes, but I missed you! (hugs him) Jack: I missed you too! Jack: Have a seat madam. (pulls out a chair for her) Janet: Thank you. Jack: Dinner is served! Janet: Ooooh! It looks wonderful! Jack: Thank you. Jack: Janet, the reason I called you here tonight, was because I need to ask you something.... Janet: Yes, what is it? Jack: Janet, You know I love you with all of my heart... Janet: Yes Jack. I love you too. Jack: Well, What I want to say is, Will you marry me? Janet: Oh Jack! Of course I will! (The kiss) |
