As sad and unfair as it seems, unless Kerry legally adopted Sandy's baby I think she's out of luck. As moving as it was to see her devotion to Sandy (she even referred to Sandy as her "wife"), and even though I'm sure she believes that Henry is as much her son as he is Sandy's, legally she has no claim to him. Barring a sudden and unlikely change of heart on the part of Sandy's family, I think she's seen the last of little Henry.

I was in tears when Kerry's wife died. I was even more upset with Sandy's family. How could they do that to Kerry? I think they should have seriously worked something out with Kerry about seeing Henry instead of just not letting her see him at all.

I would have loved to see Neela and Gallant's relationship developed more. They would have made a beautiful couple.

What happened on the show really upset me, with the family and all.

Yes the show was very poignant, one of the best IMHO in it's history.

The last 2 minutes however hit me harder than any other moment on that show aside from the one Love's Labor Lost.

The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.

I'm sad that Sandy and Gallant are gone. They were good characters. I hope Kerry gets to keep Henry.

Oh that was terrible. I don't really cry that much during TV shows, but this was just way too much to handle.
