Didn't she quit after she had the fender bender with Mrs. Wellman?

no, she was on the staff for a little while after. on one ep. roseanne and dan were discussing the rodbells job she just got and dan says "well, anythings better than that hair parlor job you had" or something to that effect. so they never gave a reason. but she hated that job from the beggining.
