characters have against "Hazel"? Specificallyt,I mean that real snotty aide of Hazel's cousin,in the episopde "Hazsel'a Cousin",and that uppity ,snotty rerporter in the episode "Maid of the Month".Why didn't THEY like hre?

Also comes to mind the 2 snooty gossiping women at the Winter Health Resort in the 1st season, they both seemed exceedingly vicious.

But these moments in clashes in personalities of basically good and wholesome up against evil and plotting were what made Hazel such a sympathetic character in spite of her big mouth at other times in the show. You could forgive Hazel her brashness because you knew it came from the heart and she meant no harm. When confronted with mean-spirited bad people Hazel seemed all the more decent and sympathetic and beloved.
