Normally it is not that humid on the coast for July, but this year the humidity came early. August and September are normally the warmest months for us, so I can only imagine what the upcoming months are going to be like if July is already unbearable

Seriously, what is up with Nick's obsession with Ice Age (2002) and Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009) playing way too much?? It's been overplayed throughout past several months! Not even once (not counting for nick's camp special) but Nick hasn't played any original films for past few months. Disney has been doing this playing original movies as often!

I don't know how much longer I will be able to be on the compute. It's getting harder and hard to see. I'll try to stick around as long as I can.

Sorry to hear this, Jenny. I sure hope you are able to use your computer for a LONG time to come (forever, in fact!).

As someone who suffers from eye ailments including glaucoma, I know they are making strides in eye care every day. Don't despair; keep hope alive and hang in there.

I basically don't go outside if it's over 85; I have always hated extreme heat and humidity. I feel your pain!

My NOOK Glowlight Plus is all messed up, so now I have to contact Barnes & Noble customer service about all of this.

My mother also got a new iPad. Guess what? She won't let me use it!

And now I really wish that I never erased my new iPhone, and felt like it was a huge mistake in doing so.

Do what's best for you, but this place wouldn't be the same without you.

It's been crazy muggy this summer. People have always thought I was crazy for how much I dislike the summer, but that's just me. Nice to see I'm not alone here.

We should start a club, lol. I stay in most of the summer. I've been this way my entire adult life. If I'm on vacation, I like warm weather, but even then, not too warm.

My heartfelt thanks to all of you for your kind sentiments and lovely words for the loss of my cat Lily. When grief has hold of your heart, it helps a great deal when people acknowledge your loss by offering sympathetic words.

At almost a month gone, I still miss her terribly, but I know the deal with grief and that time is the big healer. She was just so special.

My body does not react well to hot weather. Humidity, when it is too high, makes me both dizzy and nauseous. I am looking forward when summer is over

You're welcome Janice. My thoughts are with you. Lily was sweet. Cesar is sweet too. You have great taste in pets.

It's been really hot here and it's going to continue to be hot here for at least another three months, ugh. I stay inside as much as possible.
I don't like the heat or the cold.

On Sunday, my dog died. His name was Cinnamon and he was about 12 or so years old. It's been tough, because I always keep thinking when I go outside to his spots that I'll see him. But I don't He was old and suffering, so it was for the best that he stopped suffering, but I'll always miss him.
