Default Happy Cinco De Mayo!

Happy Cinco De Mayo to our Mexican/Mexican American neighbors!

I had a Chipotle burrito today...I'll always eat a certain food on a holiday like this...

On Chinese New Year, I'll order some Chinese Food.
On Mardi Gras, I'll eat gumbo and jambalaya.
On Dyngus Day, I'll have keilbasa and perogies.

But anyhow...

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

A pity it's not celebrated in Mexico itself.

We just had Mexican food for lunch. I had chicken tacos, rice and beans and Hubby had a beef burrito from a really good little Mom and Pop Mexican restaurant around the corner from us!
