Default Looking for Britcom

I saw this back in the nineties when PBS was having their fundraiser and it came to my mind. I thought it was an episode of Are You Being Served? Again! but I haven't been able to find any proof.

The episode starts with two guys in a dark room scared for their lives. Then a girl (who I thought was Miss Brahms) is scared by a ghost and loses one of her slippers. After an investigation it's discovered that the Caretaker is playing pranks on the people staying at the house. A guy who I swear is Nicholas Smith decides that they need to turn the tables on the caretaker and as such he dresses up as an unconvincing ghost to scare the caretaker.

Anybody know what episode this is?

Could it possibly be Things That Go Bump in the Night from Grace and Favour, or as your country termed it "Are You Being Served Again"?
