A robot that was programmed to chase stuck up teenage girls.

How was Peter rewarded for being the only kid who didn't confess to breaking Carol's favorite vase???

It was part of a fake kidnapping so they could get ransom from Mike and Carol for her safe return, since they had lost their allowances after the "head" incident.
