^ I know the answer, but I choose to sit this one out and let someone else reveal it. Maybe I'll play again later.

That's OK, you have the answer now, someone just posted. I didn't want to give the answer because I dislike Kelly Clarkson.

Fair enough.

pkripper001 is correct.

It's one of my favorite "we're broken up" songs. My favorite line is

Never again will I kiss you
Never again will I want to

but I couldn't use it because it has the title.

New one:

And we got no intelligence
We can't even think of a word that rhymes

Shouldn't be too hard, but I'm not here to stump, just to promote things I like.

OK, I'll answer this one because I included it in my super hits of the 70's collection.

School's Out- Alice Cooper- Warner Bros. Records 1972.

However, I believe "innocence" is the correct word, not intelligence.

Here is an alternative answer that answers the question correctly as asked.
A-TEENS in 2002 did there version, which was a duet with Alice Cooper
himself. The word intelligence is used, but it is hard to understand, since they used what sounds like auto tune when that word is said.
This video shows the words and has the word intelligence in the lyrics.

Staying with the theme of super hits from 1972, this one should be fairly easy:

"All the days became so long, did you really think I'd do you wrong"
