They still made analog VHS tapes a decade ago?

I thought it was all digital by then!

The last mainstream Hollywood movie to get a VHS release was A History of Violence (2005).

The Interview '14 (I thought it was a genuinely funny movie, same type of humor as This Is The End.)

Anne Of Green Gables is a beautifully filmed movie. I want so much to visit Prince Edward Island!

Tonight I watched Anne Of Green Gables ; The Sequel made a couple of years later. It was good too. Nobody but Megan Follows could ever play the role of Anne so wonderfully. She was absolutely perfect!

I liked Megan as Corey Haim's older sister in Stephen King's Silver Bullet.

Real Life '79 (A pushy, narcissistic filmmaker persuades a Phoenix family to let him and his crew film their everyday lives, in the manner of the ground-breaking PBS series "An American Family". However, instead of remaining unobtrusive and letting the family be themselves, he can't keep himself from trying to control every facet of their lives "for the good of the show". )

Dark Star '74 (The crew of the Dark Star are on a 20 year mission to clear a path in space by destroying planets that are in the way of navigation routes. After a series of mishaps Mother, the ships computer, can no longer persuade Bomb not to detonate. Even the dead captain is of little help in arguing with Bomb who is bound to do his duty. )

The Haunting in Connecticut (2009) on Blu-ray

The film is based on the alleged paranormal experiences of the Snedeker family from the late 1980s. Their eldest son was sick w/ cancer and they decided to temp. move to a home closer to the hospital for his treatments.

The house that they moved into used to be a funeral home and the mortician was into the occult and holding seances inside. The family experienced strange things shortly after moving in and they later wrote a book about it.

The Poughkeepsie Tapes '07 (When hundreds of videotapes showing torture, murder and dismemberment are found in an abandoned house, they reveal a serial killer's decade-long reign of terror and become the most disturbing collection of evidence homicide detectives have ever seen. )
