Hitler, who is perceived by many to be one of the most evil people to have ever lived on the planet, led an interesting life. Here are interesting facts about him:

- Hitler was blurry eyed when greeting his generals because he stayed up all night and rarely crawled into bed before dawn.

- Hitler's diet was vegetarian; he ate mainly sweet rolls, pastries, and buttered vegetables. As a result of this he was known to pass gas all of the time from both ends.

- Also due to his diet, which caused him to sweat a lot, Hitler's body odor was terrible. He was known to shower two or three times a day and changed his uniform as well; and he still smelled.

- Hitler was a caffeine addict. He drank thick black Viennese coffee and when he would get wired from it he would go into rants with whoever was unfortunate to be around him at the time and talk about mainly politics, art, and music.

- Hitler thought he was an expert on every topic in the world. At parties when he did not like the music that was playing he would hum his own improvised tunes which how he thought would "make it better".

- Hitler was known to be very kind and gracious towards his secretaries; as well has his dogs.

- Hitler was very fond of American Westerns along with German marital farces/comedies.

Marilyn Manson is one of the only artists (he might be the only one unless there are others I don't know about) to have a symbol as the title of a song.

On the album The Golden Age of Grotesque the 10th track is titled ♠

Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, first featured him in a story called "A STUDY IN SCARLET" and intended for that to be the characters only appearence. But the demand was so great for more stories with him, that he wrote more.
Then, when he killed him off in one story, the public outcry was so great that he was forced to revive the character in another story.

The 3 stooges started to make a TV pilot in 1971, but three-quarters of the way through it; Larry (the curly-haired one for all you non-stooge fans) suffered a stroke and couldn't continue. They finished it by using a stand-in, showing him from the back, and working around him, but it was the only episode.

1973's The Exorcist is one of the few American films to be shot in Iraq.

At the time relations between Iraq and the US were very strained so director Freidkin had to shoot there with a British crew.

The opening and ending shots of the film are in Iraq.

O.J. Simpson was considered for the role of "The Terminator" in 1984's The Terminator.
He didn't get the part because the producers feared he was "too nice" to be taken seriously as a cold-blooded killer.

Adolf Hitler applied to art school and wanted to become a professional painter. He painted flowers and sentimental landscapes.

Charles Manson wanted to be a musician. He recorded music with the Beach Boys and Terry Melcher (son of Doris Day).

John Wilkes Booth was a professional actor before he became a presidential assassin.

Henry VIII originally wanted to be a priest.

The first Disney animated theatrical release to get a PG rating was 1985's The Black Cauldron.

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) was the first film by Walt Disney Pictures to get a PG-13 rating.

Mario of Super Mario Brothers was originally a carpenter and was named Jumpman.

His very first appearance was in the 1981 arcade game Donkey Kong.

After a stint of small appearances in various Nintendo games his popularity grew, was given a new name and occupation (plumber) to appear as a working man, was given his own franchise, and became the most famous mascot of Nintendo.

Halloween's Michael Myers got his name from the distributor who pushed John Carpenter's Assault On Precinct 13 into the London Film Festival.

Carpenter feld that he owed him so he named Michael Myers after him.
