Although most people think that Happy Days jumped the shark after the Fonz did, I enjoyed that episode. I vote for part 3.

i liked part 2 best - because we were younger and so much less experienced then.... it was after we saw the possibilities of what COULD happen, but before we got to see any of it come to fruition, we get the cliff-hanger ending, but not the cheated feeling of the drawn-out conclusion.....

oh and that guy with the boat thing was cool...

All of the Above, i like how the 3 parter of that episode have more memorable scenes & moments.
