Default Big vacation news!

This year, my parents and I are staying in Maine again, but this time for two weeks! The owners are no longer staying where we stay because they have a new place, but hopefully we will get to see where both of them will be.

So far:

. Going to lots of bookstores

- Lately, each one of us has been picking whatever we want to do on vacation, so I chose books for this year.

. Seafood

- Lobster, fish, and chowder are my favorites to get when Iím away.

. Beach trips (Lots of them!)

- I get to bring my phone this year, so plenty of music listening

Plan I’m not sure of yet

. The drive in

- Yes, close to where I stay, there is still a drive-in and all three of us have been to that many times. In fact, we try to go at least every single year.

I've always wanted to go to Maine. I love lighthouses and I'd also try to find Cabot Cove from "Murder, She Wrote".

I'll be trekking to Dollywood (my favorite vacation spot) at least 4 more times this year (already been once). I'll be visiting April 16th, May 4th, and unknown dates in July and October.

Have you ever been to all of Vermont? I would love to go there myself someday because I only went to a tiny bit of it.

Yes we drove through Vermont(which was a short drive) Ha ha It was beautiful and we even saw a covered bridge.I read somewhere that Vermont is considered the most rural state in the USA.I believe it as we didn't see a lot of houses. But it was in August. I would have liked to have seen Vermont and New England in the Fall. That would have been awesome!
