Default I love Rose!! LOL!!

To me, she was the funniest on the show. The "innocent dumb". Anything she said had me Betty White is awesome!!

I agree! Not only was Betty great as Rose (keeping a straight face while playing dumb can't be easy), but she shined as Sue Ann Nivens and Ellen on Mama's Family. She was a good sport and appeared on the TVLand awards parodying "Ugly Betty" as "Ugly Betty White" at age 85! She had a strong marriage with Allen Ludden and has been an advocate for animals for decades.

I remember her on "Password." She had a natural, quick wit and always a twinkle in her eye. What a great lady!

I remember the Ugly Betty thing. She was great in it! And she's also an animal lover like me!

Betty White is such a sweet-heart as Rose. Did you ever see her when she played on Boston Legal? She played a slightly different role on that show, she ended up murdering someone.

I never saw that but was shocked at her role on Lake Placid. I was like "Whoa Betty! You kiss your Momma with that mouth?"

I know. She is very versatile. She can do comedy with perfect timing, portray an innocent simpleton, and then be a witch with a gleam in her eye; every role has sensuality. Who else can do that?

If you haven't seen it already, make sure you watch "The Lost Valentine", shown on Hallmark Channel. She had a remarkable talent for doing dramatic roles, also.
