"You Thought Wrong"- Kelly Clarkson

(the ONLY time she mentions it is at the very end when she's talking...but during the actual song, its never mentioned)

"Tall Cool One" - Robert Plant, 1988 (the refrain is "Lighten up, baby, I'm in love with you!")

Uhh, listen closely, because he says "tall cool one" sotto voce between the verses!

Some songs are like that (like their upcoming single), but 4 of their 5 singles so far have had the song title as part of their lyrics. I haven't listen to their albums from beginning to end, so maybe it just happens that most of the singles are different from the rest, which would still be like over 25 songs not mentioning the titles...

Panic! At the Disco usually doesn't (or maybe always, but I don't know for sure because I haven't heard all their songs) have lyrics with the song titles in them.

Also, "The Logical Song" by Supertramp qualifies. Come to think of it, I think pretty much all "The ________ Song" songs qualify.

When you said brand new, I thought you meant new artists. I totally missed "anything by brand new." I'd never heard of them until today. Well, technically these are new bands too, hehe.

How about "Strawberry Letter 23" by The Brothers Johnson in 1977? It mentioned Strawberry Letter 22, but not the subsequent one.
