Default "Space, Geeks and Johnny Unitas"

I remember seeing this episode when it originally aired. Does anyone know why it's listed on the Season 2 DVD as a special bonus? I thought it was just a regular episode. One reason I like it is because I used to like the 2 wristwatches they showed close-ups of during the show. One is a vintage watch worn by the science teacher. The other is a sports digital worn by Artie. Later, Artie is shown wearing both of them.

Does anyone know the original air date of this?

That sound familiar now that you mention it. I remember seeing episodes that were presented as specials. Maybe they were shown outside the regular schedule.

Maybe thats what it is. There was also Summer Vacation, Farewell My Little Viking, New Years Pete, the Minute long shorts that were around before the series. There might have been more but I can't think of anymore.
