I had no breakfast and no lunch.

Dinner was Pork Chops, Mashed Potatos and Vegetables. It's been a long while since I had Pork Chops. I try to stick with chicken related food items.

Just about the same thing I had yesterday for Dinner. There's nothing wrong with pork just as long as you don't eat it every day. Like you I try to stick with chicken and turkey, but eating the same damn thing every day just cooked different gets old to me.

I know, I know. It does get tiring and definitely OLD! I craved Pork Chops today and I was fighting the craving, but I caved in. I try to look for different recipes and alternatives to chicken, such as you said, turkey. I even try to avoid meat and just make some vegetables, rice and salad.

There was a time I used cheese a lot to make things such as Cheese Enchiladas, but even cheese is not good for you if you use it a lot. But, like you said, in limited quantity it is ok, just can't over do it.

Exactly, Just like I try to eat fruit everyday, but there are times when I just get sick of fruit. Also salad, I just get sick of lettuce and tomatoes And I don't cook red meat so it limits what I cook for dinner LoL.
