ahh, well, a stir fry is relatively EZ to do...you just need a wok , a tablespoon of oil with a couple shakes of soya sauce in it, some marinated meat strips
and fresh cut cold veggies of your choice.........you get the oil hot, then turn the heat down to 1/2-3/4 flame ( depending on your cooktop ), cook the meat strips ( While stirring and tossing constantly ) for 4-5 mins, then, add the veggies and stir / toss for approx 3-5 mins until cooked through ( al-dente is prefered ), then serve on a bed of rice (You can buy boxed microwave rice to save time)

Your lunch seems to be the same lately.

I know what you mean, my son goes into school at 11:30 and gets out at 3pm. So, right after I drop him off, that is my time to do errands, pay bills, do some work, etc. Who has time to eat lunch?

Exactly, and her school is about 30 mins from where I work so I leave about 45 mins before her class is over with. I would hate for her to be the last kid picked up So I drop her off at day care and then I go back to work.

Lean Cuisine makes some pretty good stuff for being a frozen dinner.

I wouldn't recommend grapes and orange juice though. Too much fruit juice at once.
