That is very sad. It makes me think of singer/songwriter Bob Welch who also commited suicide when he was only 69. He was terminally ill, he had spinal surgeries and was confined to a wheelchair. He shot himself.

Here he is in happier days with Stevie Nicks. He wrote many songs for Fleetwood Mac.

Wow!! That is sad, Penny & Wawwie ! I've been getting into the 60's early 70's group Canned Heat lately , and I found out Al ( Blind Owl) Wilson, died at 27, cause of death, overdose of Barbiturates, that they think was suicide!!! He was of the many who died at the age of 27 around that time , including Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison!



The drummer for Canned Heat , Adolfo (Fito) de la Parra was kind of cute!!! (He's the one in the middle with the mustache! He's still alive, 69 years old! )

Al Pacino is 74 and still pretty hot




And a young guy that was in the Danny Collins movie with Al is Josh Peck.




Not to mention how HOT Al was back in the day!!!! I LOVED him when he played Serpico

Character actor David Dukes who died suddenly at age 55 of a heart attack in 2000. He is probably best known as Edith Bunker's would be rapist on All In The Family. But I've seen him in many other shows and movies. He was a very handsome guy!

The first time I saw Nicholas Cage was in Valley Girl!!! I saw it in of all places at a drive in movie in New Jersey! One of the last drive in movies there was! I thought he was cute, way before he became famous ! I didn't realize till years later that the cute goofy guy in Valley girl that I saw that night in the drive in movie was Nicholas cage!
