Got it at Walmart last night for $5.50. Great price with great episodes. Wonderful to see these episodes after such a long time without opportunity to see them at all. I figure my $5.50 was also a possible investment towards getting the full seasons released on dvd. I absolutely refused to go to BestBuy to buy this dvd for them when they had it exclusively. They never should have done that for two main reasons----1) all it did was allow BestBuy to jack up the price because they knew that there was no competition; 2) It limited sales anyway to people that only lived near a BestBuy. If you didn't live near a Bestbuy you were out of luck even if you were willing to pay their jacked-up prices in the first place.
Signed, Respectfullly, Dutch

I bought it, though I don't usually like supporting it if it's not a season set. It's good that it includes episodes from seasons 2 and 3 as well, and it's not overloaded with season 1 episodes for when the season 1 set eventually does come out.

I like the low-priced DVDs myself that feature a sampling of TV episodes. I have
several that I have found in the "bargain bin" at Wal-Mart. Not everybody can afford the price of a full season (or want to invest that much time to watch it). I have found some great shows that way, at an affordable price (ANDY GRIFFITH, BEVERLY HILLBILLIES, BONANZA, DICK VAN DYKE, DRAGNET, etc.) Classic shows at a low price. Can't beat that. |
