There are a few who aren't, but we don't like to talk about them. Seriously though there seems to be quite a few in the family who are talented painting-wise. My late brother-in-law, and my mom also painted. My mom still does occasionally, but like my wife it's more of for her crafts.

Yeah, our daughter helped her dye it a few days ago, she wanted something to go with her green Christmas tree skirt.

She hasn't really painted painted in years, it's usually when she's making home made crafts like Christmas tree ornaments. Our daughter has been encouraging her to do a painting.

Me and my wife.

My daughter (Christmas morning)

My wife showing off her new T-shirt I got her (Doof Warrior from Mad Max: Fury Road)

The wife and I at the movies with some friends last night (only one friend showing as the other took the pic)

And, yesterday, this came in the mail, an artist friend of ours painted this portait of my wife (he used one of her Facebook pics as his source. And yes that's fake blood.)

WOW! I wish I had that kind of artistic talent. What a wonderful picture of her. (Glad that is fake blood!)

Wasn't there a horror movie years ago called "My Bloody Valentine"?

And like I said it was a surprise, we had no idea he was doing it.

Yes, the remake that came out a few years ago, and the original film from 1981 (One of my favorite slashers of the 80's)

This is my portrait I did of her years ago.
