Just FYI, the 2-disc Blu Ray release of Return Of The Living Dead from Shout! Factory includes the workprint.

Not really new news to workprint collectors. Besides the workprint for that was extremely common.

Considering the audience for "workprints" is very narrow in scope (primarily folks directly involved in the actual film making process) and that they are not intended for public distribution and consumption, I am going to hazard a guess that the answer to your question is no.

New workprints added:

Dragonfly (2003) Workprint
Madonna's Truth or Dare (1991) workprint A & B
The Watcher (2000) workprint

Been doing a lot of looking around on archive wayback looking at old trading lists from the 1990's. Turns out one person from 1999 had a Godzilla workprint.
