I don't really dislike any of the episodes. It is odd watching some of the earlier episodes before the characters and the writing had "found their way." Those episodes seem more conventional and I like the more absurd ones the best.
All in all, the whole thing is great!

Most of the episodes I dislike are either too boring or are frustrating to the point of annoyance.

Not in any order:
"Never Look a Gift Tractor in the Mouth" - The plot depends on a prolonged misunderstanding that is never resolved. Hence, frustrating. Though, it was a well-written episode with a lot of good one-liners.
"Who's Lisa?" - Extremely frustrating to see Lisa all out of character towards Oliver. The whole "amnesia" bit in sitcoms never appealed to me.
"Bundle of Joy" - Combination of bad writing and very weak plot. More of the "prolonged misunderstanding" as well. But the puppy was cute.
"Eb Discovers the Birds and the Bees" - A strange episode overall. It seems the characters were written oddly in this one, which may have resulted from being tied in so closely to Petticoat Junction.
"It's So Peaceful in the Country" - Has one of their more ridiculous premises, and not in a good way.
"Lisa the Psychologist" - Extremely slow first half. Terrible jokes and nonexistent energy. The second half was a nice recovery, when all the regulars stopped by the farm in some more humorous scenes.
"A Husband for Eleanor" - I can't stand when Lisa's stupidity is the focus of an episode, and that was on full display here. The problem is that Lisa was the only one who wasn't being sensible in this episode; everyone else was essentially a straight man to her nonsensical babbling. GA works when there's only one character who IS sensible (i.e. Oliver), which apparently slipped the minds of the writers that week.
"A Girl for Drobny" - It seems they just wanted another Drobny episode without having a plot in mind. This one is basically slow moving and boring. However, the scenes with Drobny dancing to gypsy music and the scene with Arnold and Drobny talking were pretty good.

Of course there's the last two episodes, but that goes without saying.

As a disclaimer, I acknowledge that the series could be uneven at times, but the vast majority of episodes are wonderful and as a whole, the good far outweighs the bad.
