Default "Bud Hides behind a skirt" was absurd.

I dont understand why Mr. Anderson was so mad at Bud? I mean, yes, he did wrong but you would've thought Bud robbed a bank or something. The real reason I thought this episode was absurd was the very end. Was it neccessary to have Bud stand there with the "I didnt obey traffic rules" sign? I mean he lost his license, had to a pay a fine, what more do you want?

Read the other day, Billy Gray turned age 78. Hard to see him as an older man when seeing the show.

I'm not sure what the user meant who commented "It was the 1950s." Having Bud in the stocks made for an amusing ending. It added a bit of mild public embarrassment to the official punishment Bud received. If there was anything absurd in the episode, it was Bud dressing up as a girl to go to the traffic court!

Yeah I agree. This was a good episode overall but that crossdressing scene was ridiculous. This isn't a show where they usually go for cheap visual gags like that and it's a stretch that Bud would actually think that's a reasonable course of action.
