In real life Bea Arthur who plays Dorothy wears baggy clothes. Bea is quite tall and thus baggy clothes would probably look better on her.

The best dressers on Golden Girls:

I'd have to say, Blanche was the best dresser ever on the show. She looked good in her colorful dresses and shirts and she looked good. Her high heeled shoes were cool. After all, it was the 80's. I loved the dress she wore on the episode when she made a fool of herself at a karaeoke bar. I don't mean to sound gay, but it's true.

:; Rose was also a nice dresser. She wore pretty dresses and shoes, but she wasn't as wild as Blanche.

Sophia dressed nice. She looked like an ordinary, little old lady to me. Despite her sharp tongue and big mouth.

The worst dresser on Golden Girls was, Dorothy. She dressed like some bag lady. She looked ugly and her shoes were always those ugly flats.

I though some of Dorothy's clothes were ok. They were very sophisticated. Blanche had the pretttiest clothes, but I like Sophia's. They're so typically old-lady. She looked goo in those little sweaters and dresses.

I thought Dorothy had some nice clothes too. She had that sophistication about her.

Rose: I don't know about hiring a female stripper for this bachelor party.

Chuy: Look Rose, if I took off all my clothes, what would you call that?

Roland: "Pee Wee's Big Adventure"!
