One of my favorites is when Shirley is trying to teach Laverne to drive, it is
too funny.

The one where Laverne and Shirley are rushing to get ready for dates, "Stepping Out", is one of my favorites. It's almost like the whole Seinfeld "show about nothing" theme that turns out to be hilarious.

Hi Neighbor, Book 2 - I love the restaurant scene.
Shirley's Operation - That was funny, Squiggy trying to help her.

I have a lot, so here goes nothing!

* "Look Before You Leap"
* "Hi, Neigbor Book II"
* "Stepping Out"
* "Guinea Pigs"
* "Airport '59"
* "Robot Lawsuit"
* "Take My Plants, Please"
* "A Visit To The Cemetary"
* "Lenny's Crush"
* "Why Did The Fireman..."
* "The Diner"
* "Candy Is Dandy"
* "Sing, Sing, Sing"
* "It Only Hurts When I Breathe"
* "Moving In"
* "That's Entertainment!"

And many more It seems that all of my favorites are either really dramatic or ridiculous...

Drive she said (the yelling-secrets-out-the-window scene and the teaching-laverne-to-drive scene are classics), Stepping Out (simple greatness), Once Upon a Rumor, Guinea Pigs, L&S Meet Fabian, Playing the Roxy, Supermarket Sweep... so many great ones.

There's a Spy in My Beer
One Heckuva Note
Muder on the Moosejaw Express
Bad Girls
Haunted House
Tag Team Wrestling
Playing The Roxy
There's another one but I don't know the title to it, it's when the apartment building is being robbed and later in the show, we see Laverne & Shirley on the roof top.
Another one I like is where Laverne and Shirley break into some office, I think at Shotz brewery to grab a letter.

The Earthquake episode right after they move to California is a good one too.

I forgot. That one too. That's The Bardwell Caper 2-parter where they write a nasty letter to their boss at the department store and then try to get past his security system in the middle of the night to get it back.
