Well, here's another problem; Microsoft just forced me to upgrade to Windows 8.1 last night, and I STILL have the same problem with my browser. I don't even have to have it on to get this problem.

The power went out this morning at 9am. It was out until 1:37pm. I'm glad it's back on.

I'm also feeling a little down, knowing my family wants to go back to Seattle again this summer for more sight-seeing. They doon't seem to want me to tag along. I know it would be very difficult to climb mountains, etc. It would be a lot of hiking. I'm not in shape. Also, I would slow everyone down because it would be so hard for me to see. They would expect me to keep up with them. The mountains and hills are very steep. The altitude there is very high and my mother said she thinks I would have trouble breathing there. I don't want to be left out, but maybe it's just as well if I don't go. The cost of a plane ticket and hote, plus they might resent me if I go with them.

The month of February ended on a sour note. One of my closest friends lost his job. He'll be alright, but I feel bad he lost his gig.

I'm sorry Jenny! It's a shame you have to be left out! Maybe they can change their minds and find somewhere else to travel to that you would be able to enjoy too! If not when they are all gone there, make the best of your time. Do things you really enjoy , make fun activities with some friends and you always have us to post with here!

Sorry about your friend. January and February tend to be kind of bad months anyhow! Things will look up in March, and spring will be soon too!

I can't drive so I have to try to take a cab to the store. I know it will cost to take a cab, but it bothers me what happened. I hope that if I'm able to get up there, that they don't give me a hard time and refund to refund me what I'm owed. I wonder if it's worth it to try to get my money back.

I think it is. The only thing is that I always double check the receipt when I go to the store. I, too, walk to the store because the car is giving me problems. I did have that problem with bread. It was marked 99 cents and they charged me a 1.49 and I bought two. After explaining to them it was supposed to be 99 cents when the label for the bread said a 1.49, I got my money back, paid the difference and got the bread.
