Not to mention the original teen Burger I had with it....theyve brought back the whole Burger family, you know. (Now if only theyd bring back the car-hop stores)

Tonight I made a garlic-pork stir fry with fresh onions, mushrooms and baby carrots, with a tablespoon of raisins to add a little sweetness, served on a bed of brown rice

As far as I know, its the same A&W. Only, they dont have the car hops anymore...mostly they are found in mall food courts here ( They still have a few walk-in restaurants though )

Ok, the reason I ask is because we had one here. It had the original A&W sign and look. Well, the food is DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME. Only the rootbeer. The hamburgers were your typical no-name hamburgers, not the kind I remember. The baby burger had just mayonnaise. The one they had at this place was nothing like the original baby burger. Nor was the taste. YUCK!

Oh i see......well, this food is EXACTLY the same it was 40 years ago, incl the Chubby Chicken...the only things different are Whistle dogs are on the open top buns now, and, they dont give you as much sauce with a Coney Fry ( cheaper to make, I guess )

Baby Burgers! I haven't had one of those in at least 25 years. They used to have an A&W on the way to the summer place we had up in New Hampshire. This is going back to the 70's and early 80's.

Anyway, this morning, I had a plain croissant and some hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar.

Today I had baked chicken and a roll, that roll was really good too now that I think about it for dinner tonight is the steak that i was supposed to have last night, but it rained last night and we werent gonna grill out.
