Ashlee, how are you doing with your meds? I, too, was recently put on Xanax. It seems to be helping so far. I hope it still is for you too, honey.

I'm still on what I've been on (just my regular anti anxiety/anti depressant). I haven't been able to get in to see my doctor yet. It's so damn hard to get an appointment without having to wait like a month.

All the Monday night sitcoms on CBS are reruns tonight.

Thank goodness I see mine tomorrow. I'm going to take off a couple of hours from work and then go back once my appt's over. If you ever want to talk, you know where I am. At least I haven't had a panic attack in a couple of weeks - which was in the church parking lot.

Sure - oddly enough, I found out that my uncle and I see the exact same psychiatrist!! This is only my third appointment with him, but I guess my uncle has seen him for several years. Odd, isn't it?

Wow yeah, that's interesting. None of my other family members see one, that I know of anyway.

Neither of my siblings have had severe anxiety/depression like me, which is a good thing for them. It's so odd how many family members can have the same issues and in other families it is so isolated.

I know the feeling. This one is driving me crazy, having to run a fan constantly next to the vent to keep it from overheating and it's in the way and noisy, and you can't move this stupid thing without it going off because it has no battery. UGH.

Got to find another way to cool it down. It's almost cold in here right now and I'm having to run this stupid fan because the computer is too hot. As soon as I turn it off it soars 10-15 degrees in 2 minutes.

Good luck with your medication and your doctor's appointment.
