This one is easy, even if you've never heard of this person before. This person was an original member of Fairport Convention and had a minor solo hit in the U.S. in 1978 with "Shake It."

That's Charleton Heston as Ben "Hur" Hur+mitts= Hermits

He does look a little like Arnold but his arms are too skinny!

Iain Matthews who also formed Matthews Southern Comfort who had a hit in 1970 with a cover of "Woodstock" which I love!
