To add, if it were the Bush administration that been responsible for the "Fast and Furious" scandal in which the Obama/Holder crew actually ran guns to Mexican drug cartels (resulting in the deaths of many innocents) in some kind of hairbrained gun-control scheme... or the outlandish green-energy graft of "Solyndra" and its ilk, in which billions of taxpayer dollars were tossed down a rat-hole, only lining the pockets of campaign donors and politicians' coffers...

Well, if this had occurred in the Bush administration, the media would have made it their daily, non-stop headlines for months, pounding the war-drums from their righteous perches, "speaking truth to power!" at the innate immorality of the perpetrators. It would be a national crisis. But, these things take place in the Obama administration, and "eh, no big deal." Obama is their guy, and they will do what it takes to protect him.

The press can talk all they want about how this is not Obama's fault, he wasn't even there yet, blah blah blah...

But during Bush 43's term, remember when the photos came out showing the frat parties going on at Club Gitmo? (the press called it "torture" but all it was was a frat hazing).

Bush (and Cheney) were treated as though they were right there leading the whole thing.

So it appears that SOME Presidents are responsible for everything that happens while they're in office, and others are not.

(btw, I'm totally in favor of using whatever techniques are necessary to get information from whatever scum we bring to Gitmo, even if it includes torture... I don't care about the terrorists).

If something like that happened to Bush...America would want his ass impeached and sent to prison! (Attempts of Bush getting impeached and imprisoned was attempted, but having that happen is the same chance as Cleveland winning a Championship)!

Exactly... if it was a Republican president the Lame Stream Media would be going in maximum overdrive to get him impeached, and it would be front page news for the next 2 years...
